And we're back!

So sorry for the lack of posts. I promise I have good reasons. Two of which are spending time working on Caroline's adoption video (plan to post next week) and planning a redesign of the blog. I have a detailed update in the works, but in the meantime, here are some pics of pumpkin carving, our finished "masterpieces," and Halloween. It was Caroline's first, and she had a great time.










Carter had picked out a pilot costume but then decided to be Green Lantern like his cousin, Graham. Ends up that Green Lantern was actually a test pilot before he was a superhero. :)

And I have to brag on my sister....for the 3rd year in a row, she won her workplace's soup recipe contest!! This year's tastebud pleaser was a roasted tomato and basil creation. Yum..... congrats lil sis!
