Lake Martin
Holiday weekends at the lake are always a blast when all of our family (on my mom's side) is together. We enjoyed...
swimming...
jumping off the dock...
(which Carter decided he wanted to do after watching his older cousins jump off...we were shocked but thrilled he had the guts to do it!)
This is the ledge on the upper deck...Carter did NOT jump off this one but started to climb over the railing to try. I don't think he actually would have jumped.
fishing...
tubing...
Water pics by my cousin, Scott Ferguson
My cousin, Ashley, made this amazing "Cheeseburger" cake.
Tate was Grace's number one fan all weekend and worked hard to win her favor.
Uncle Inge was a Brigadier General for the Army Reserve.
Weekends like this past one are ones to be remembered.
(and so is this picture)

Your family is absolutely AMAZING. What a fun time being all together and what beautiful children all of you have. Thank you for sharing your incredible life. I would still love to meet you one day, you are such an inspiration to me.
We had enjoyed many vacations at Lake Martin (Madwind Creek area), in the past several years with my in- laws! They now have property at Lay Lake and we will be heading up there in a few weeks to enjoy the fun! These pics make me want to leave today!
